Has your risk score changed?

In this case, our team will take action to make you aware that your gaming activity has increased. You will receive an automatic email based on your recent activity, and our team will reach out to see if you need assistance.

The various risk levels are as follows:

Level 0 – Recreational player


At this stage, the system considers your activity to be low-risk, and you can continue playing as you have been.

You will receive an automatic email emphasizing the importance of playing responsibly and using the moderation tools.

Level 1 & 2 – Slight at-risk behavior


Your gambling activity involves some risks. You will receive an automatic email regarding our Responsible Gaming policy, and we strongly encourage you to use our moderation tools to help manage your activity.

Level 3 – At-risk behavior


Your gambling activity is becoming riskier. At this stage, it’s important to start moderating your activity. You will be referred to our moderation tools, specifically those that are directly linked to your behavior. For example, if our system detects that you are depositing more than usual, we will review your deposit limits with you and may recommend lowering them to help maintain a healthier balance. Our team will contact you directly to discuss this.

If our system identifies that the measures we’ve put in place aren’t effective and your behavior becomes riskier, we may decide to temporarily or permanently close your account. Additionally, we may refer your account to the Kansspelautoriteit to register you in CRUKS (Centraal Register Uitsluiting Kansspelen).

Level 4 – Risky behavior


Your gambling activity is considered risky. At this stage, we will contact you by phone to discuss how you feel about your activity on our platform and whether you think it’s having a negative impact on your daily life. We will also suggest moderation tools that may be most suitable for your situation.

If we notice that you haven’t followed our advice within 7 days, we will reach out to you again.

If there is no improvement, we may decide to temporarily or permanently close your account. Additionally, we may refer your account to the Kansspelautoriteit to register you in CRUKS (Centraal Register Uitsluiting Kansspelen).

Level 5 – Very risky behavior


At this stage, we consider your gambling activity to be very risky. Gambling could become a significant issue for your financial, social, and psychological well-being. To address this, we will contact you by phone to discuss possible measures we can take together. Our system will closely monitor your activity and make adjustments to your limits if necessary.

During this conversation, we will work with you to determine what a responsible limit would be. If we don’t see any improvement in the days following our discussion, we may decide to temporarily or permanently close your account. Additionally, we may refer your account to the Kansspelautoriteit to register you in CRUKS (Centraal Register Uitsluiting Kansspelen).

We will also provide you with information on various support centers that can assist you, if needed.

This helps you stay informed about your player profile and enables you to take action whenever necessary.
