Dead Heat rules
If more than one selection is declared a winner, a dead heat will be used to result the market. A Dead Heat is calculated by dividing the stake proportionally between the number of winners in the event. So, in a two-way Dead Heat (2 winners) for example, your return will be half of what it could have been.
Official results are taken from the website of the governing body of that league
If a market has only 2 options, in the event of a tie bets will be pushed and stakes returned I.E In football, if the bet is placed on over/under 2 goals and 2 is the total, stakes are returned. Same for Basketball where the Over/Under line offered is 150 points and the total is 150.
Odd/Even Markets
For markets in which odd/even is offered, if the result is 0 bets will be settled as Even.
Boosted Odds
In the event of an abandonment in a special, the bet will be made void and stakes returned. This occasionally occurs in specials like “Saturday Eredivisie Special (4 matches)”. If the number of matches played is different to that stated, bets will be made void.
Bets will be settled following their rules for their respective sport as given in this document. Correction of errors
