How to play

• Play: place a real-money bet of at least €0.20 on a participating game during the promotion period.
• Get a chance: every qualifying bet has a random chance of triggering a cash Prize Drop.
• Win cash: a total of 500 cash Prize Drops will be available, with a total prize pool of €20,000 and a top prize of €2,500.
• Maximum wins: each player can win a maximum of two (2) Prize Drops during the entire promotion period.

1. Organiser

• The €20,000 Live Casino Prize Drop (the "Promotion") is organised exclusively by Circus.nl.
• The prize pool is exclusively available to Circus.nl players and is not shared with any other operator.

2. Promotion period

• The Promotion runs from 17 July 2026 at 10:01 CEST until 31 July 2026 at 23:59 CEST (the "Promotion Period").
• The Promotion may end earlier if all available Prize Drops have been awarded.

3. Who can participate?

• Aged 24 or over;
• Have an active and fully verified Circus.nl account;
• Opt in to the Promotion through the promotional interface in a participating game during the Promotion Period;
• Comply with these promotional terms and the General Terms and Conditions of Circus.nl.
• By participating, the player agrees to these promotional terms. Bets placed before the player opts in will not qualify retrospectively.

5. How can a Prize Drop be won?

• The player must place a real-money bet on a participating game during the Promotion Period.
• The minimum bet is €0.20 per game round (a "Qualifying Bet"). Where a €0.20 bet is not available, the next available higher bet is considered a Qualifying Bet.
• Every Qualifying Bet has a random chance of triggering a cash Prize Drop. Placing a Qualifying Bet does not guarantee a prize.
• Each Qualifying Bet can trigger a maximum of one Prize Drop.
• Prize Drops are awarded entirely at random by the promotional system. Circus.nl has no influence over when a prize is awarded, which player receives it, or its value.
• The value of a Prize Drop is not calculated as a multiplier of the player's stake. Placing a bet above the minimum does not guarantee a prize or a higher prize.
• Each player can win a maximum of two (2) Prize Drops during the entire Promotion Period.

6. Prize pool

• Total prize pool: €20,000, divided into 500 cash Prize Drops: 1 × €2,500 = €2,500 2 × €1,000 = €2,000 4 × €500 = €2,000 8 × €250 = €2,000 35 × €100 = €3,500 50 × €50 = €2,500 100 × €25 = €2,500 300 × €10 = €3,000
• All prizes are awarded at random from the available prize pool.
• The number of available prizes decreases during the Promotion Period as Prize Drops are awarded.
• The promotional interface may display the player's own prizes, recent winners, and the number of remaining available prizes.
• Any prizes not awarded by the end of the Promotion Period expire and will not be redistributed.

7. Payment of prizes

• A Prize Drop is credited to the player's Circus.nl account as withdrawable cash balance.
• Processing and crediting may take up to 72 hours.
• No additional wagering requirements apply to cash prizes awarded through the Promotion, subject to any general withdrawal requirements, account checks or statutory verification obligations.

8. Non-qualifying bets

• Bets placed using Free Spins, bonus balance or other promotional funds;
• Cancelled, reversed or voided game rounds;
• Bets not fully and correctly registered by the gaming system;
• Bets placed outside the Promotion Period;
• Bets placed before the player opted in;
• Bets connected to fraud, abuse, collusion, manipulation or other unlawful conduct.

9. Responsible gaming

• If a player has reached their Recreational Budget, Monthly Deposit Limit or Session Limit, they cannot participate in bonuses, promotions or the Circus Club.
• Upon reaching the Session Limit, the player is excluded from promotions, bonuses and the Circus Club for 30 days, even if already participating in the Promotion.
• Circus.nl will not increase or circumvent any player limits to enable participation.
• Circus.nl may exclude a player from participation where required by law, responsible-gaming policies or player-protection obligations.

10. Technical issues

• In the event of technical issues, connection problems, incorrect displays, interruptions or malfunctions, the relevant game rounds or prize results may be voided, corrected or restored per applicable procedures.
• Circus.nl is not responsible for delays, device failures, internet connection issues, or provider failures affecting participation or prize awarding.
• Where a prize has been incorrectly awarded due to a technical, administrative or system error, Circus.nl reserves the right to correct or reverse it.

11. Fraud and abuse

• Circus.nl may review player activity to detect fraud, abuse, collusion, manipulation or other unlawful conduct.
• Where such conduct is established or reasonably suspected, Circus.nl may terminate participation, withdraw awarded prizes, restrict or close the account, and exclude the player from future promotions.
• Circus.nl may take additional measures or legal action to protect the fairness and integrity of the Promotion.

12. Amendment or termination

• Circus.nl reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion or these terms where necessary due to technical issues, fraud, abuse, legal obligations or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• Any amendment does not affect prizes validly won before the amendment, unless an adjustment is required due to fraud, abuse, a technical error or a legal obligation.

13. General provisions

• Participation is subject to applicable Dutch laws, regulations, age restrictions and licensing requirements.
• The General Terms and Conditions of Circus.nl apply in addition to these terms.
• In case of conflict, these promotional terms prevail only to the extent the conflict directly concerns this Promotion.
• In case of discrepancy between the Dutch and English versions, the Dutch version prevails.
• These terms apply throughout the entire Promotion Period.
