You can’t unless you reset your status. This option is only available from Gold status onwards when you can choose to reset your status back to Blue and climb up the tiers again. When you reset your status, you get to start the Circus Club adventure again from 0 points. That means you will be able to reach new statuses again and therefore get new keys and new prizes.
No. Each wheel has different prizes. The higher your tier status, the better the prize. The prizes displayed on the wheel are potential gifts only, which means you can then swap the tickets you win for the prize of your choice!
